I arrange access for contractors, technicians, cleaners and delivery services when you cannot be there yourself.

Maintenance and repairs
I coordinate maintenance, small repairs and specialist work. I can request quotations, follow up on appointments and check the completed work.

Support for rented properties
I can be a local point of contact for tenants and help with practical questions, maintenance requests and communication with the professionals involved.

Administrative support
I help coordinate appointments, documents, inspections and insurance or damage claims relating to your property.

Apartment building support
For apartment buildings, I can check communal areas, follow up on reported issues, coordinate contractors and provide updates to the person responsible for the building.
